By placing ads or post items on Clickmariz.com, you agree to be bound by these ad rules. The rules are updated regularly and you have the responsibility to stay informed.

Anyone who has posted the ad is responsible for the content of the ad, this applies to both text, images and any links in the ad. As a promoter of the ad or item Clickmarzi.com is not responsible for ad content or the advertised product.

All ads on the market goes through an advertisement control. If an ad is against the rules for Clickmarzi, we reserve the right to stop the ad or item. For repeated violations, the advertiser is excluded from the service. Clickmarzi reserves the right to consider whether the ads violate our rules.

Clickmarzi.com is designed for physical objects that are purchased, sold or given away. Ads that belong to other markets are not allowed.

The following products / advertisements are not allowed on Clickmarzi.com (the list is not exhaustive):

The headline of the ad to describe the specific product being advertised. It is not allowed to refer to other sites in the headline. Headings with many similar characters in a row allowed either.

The product sold must be described in the description field, either in English or Urdu. Your ad should contain only the specific product information about the item being sold.

It is not allowed to enter keywords in the ad, ie, words that are added in to get hits on the search for other items.

It is allowed to provide links / URLs to independent sites that contain more information about the product you are selling, but not permitted to link or enter your address to their own sites or pages that clearly promote an outside service. Advertise with references to competitors of Clickmarzi.com not allowed either. Clickmarzi retains the right to determine whether the link / reference of a character we may allow or not.

The images in the ad to only be pictures of the product to sell. Ads that contain images with other information (eg. URLs, text or logos) will be rejected. If the illustration is used this should be in the ad.

Clickmarzi reserves the right to use any image that is posted on the Clickmarzi.com, including to store and manufacture new copies of it and making it available to the public in its original or modified form, in connection with any purpose related to the operation, further development and marketing of the service and website. Advertiser represents and is responsible for ensuring that you have the right to post pictures on Clickmarzi.com and to transfer such rights of use referred to in this condition.

If the content of the image can be linked to an individual, the advertiser is obliged to have obtained explicit consent of the depicted to post pictures on websites Clickmarzi.com, and to transfer such rights of use referred to in this condition.

The content of the ad is perceived offensive by our users, will be stopped. This includes ads with images that may be offensive. Opinions and the like are not allowed. Clickmarzi reserves the right to determine the content of the ad is offensive / inappropriate.

It is not allowed to copy text or pictures from other ads, or otherwise use someone else's text or images in the ad, without the consent of the advertiser / owner (see the Copyright Act).

t is not allowed to advertise more objects in the same ad, unless all the objects belong together under one main category. This is to allow our users to easily locate the relevant ads. Objects that belong to different main categories to be announced in separate ads.

Example: Bikes can not be sold along with clothing, but must be in its own ad. TVs may not be announced along with the furniture, but the Multimedia. However, it is possible to advertise, for example, both the chairs and tables in the same ad.

It is not allowed to post multiple ads for the same object. For example you can not put two ads for the same sofa in two different categories.

Clickmarzi reserve the right to assess which category or market an ad to be classified under. Ads placed in the wrong category Clickmarzi could be moved to correct category without notice.

Clickmarzi reserves the right to make improvements to the service which may mean that we have to move the ad or the like. Clickmarzi can not guarantee that the ad in its entirety will be available for your user long after the ad has expired, and therefore recommend that you save your ad text and images that you might need again later, in another way.

All information in the ad must be accurate, including information on the items and contact information. Phone number may be hidden if you wish. It is not allowed to post ads on behalf of others without their approval.

Advertisers who is suspected to be contained in illegal activities will be excluded with immediate effect and the ads stopped. Similarly, if Clickmarzi receive serious or repeated inquiries from buyers that the advertiser does not give the buyer the rights they have under current law, including consumer law.

To prevent fraud and disputes, Clickmarzi reserves the right to save your ads for up to 5 years and will be able to pass on information about user / ad to the police or other public authorities, you also agree that Clickmarzi can forward advertisements to third parties for a weighing of interests, for example, to clarify the specific disputes about advertising object.
